		<description>Not a fan of the U3 software as commented in the gizmodo article.
Reason being when different drives with U3 software are used on 
a M$ OS it causes issues with the usb ports.

Other than that the Memorex is handy and works.  You can also uninstall
U3 software. http://www.u3.com/uninstall/

Newegg has a Kingston 4gb for the same price.

Also have you had a chance to check out the 32gb flash drives?
