Debit Card Fraud Spree Linked to Citibank Security Breach

Here is an update to the Citibank ATM story. It appears that there was an apparent breach at a thrid party vendor. This has manifested itself as
“detected several hundred fraudulent cash withdrawals in three countries”
. There is speculation that this is tied to a security breach at an undisclosed merchant. Although the article points to OfficeMax as the a likely candidate. Interesting write up.
