China wants U.S. tech firm to block Internet calls

In a never ending bid to crush dreams of freedom and democracy, China has requested California based Narus Inc. (a la Google and Cisco) to help them accomplish this end. Shanghai Telecom has placed an order with Narus for a system to detect and block VoIP calls. If they fill this order they will be joining a rogues gallery of companies that are more interested in entry into the Chinese market than the freedom and safety of the Chinese people. Sad really…
