EFF’s Spying Case Moves Forward

Hot off the presses. EFF’s case against AT&T has received the green light to move ahead. The Bush government had filed a motion to have the case thrown out of court on the basis of national security. Well, the case which was filed in January on the assertion that the telecom giant had provided the National Security Agency with customer information will proceed. The federal judge has quashed the government motion.
