That old sinking feeling has returned. I’m not sure if it is strictly due to the weather outside (which is horrid) or if I have run my course with my current day job. A rather candid admission to be certain but, I need to recapture that feeling. You know, the one where you bound out of bed looking forward to work. I used to feel that way.
I read articles like this one and I’m wondering why I beat my head on a desk when there is a talent shortage out there. Mind you, I have historically limited my search to Toronto and the surrounding area. That will limit my prospects to be sure.
Where o where has my little motivation gone?
