Though I find it at odd that "No user passwords" and the "No unencrypted authentication"  are expected to live side by each. 

Additionally, I would assume that to create a system which is inherently secure would mean that disabling security protocols would be a little more difficult then a check box or a simple 'click' on a button that says OK, I have read this.
