		<description>Life-work balance cannot come soon enough for one Crackberry-Ho I know. At what point do we realize that work is not all -consuming and though jobs and careers dictate 40 hours a week - they're not really allowed to intrude and interrupt in the other 128? The current hamster on a wheel speed at which most people I know are running at is unhealthy on every level. 

If everyone could now just spend 3 minutes in the Downward Dog position, you will feel better for it. Honest promise.</description>
