		<description>Actually it is a logical variation over the standard static captcha.   Although I will admit that it has been carried to the extreme.  Animated captcha make it impossible for OCR&#039;s to grab the alpha numeric characters for an automated or robotic form filler.

Possibly it works better if the end user facing it has a very very slow computer.  But anyone with a decent computer is going to see it displayed at that nauseating rate.

Right concept - lightyears ahead of a static or noise filled catptcha, but just a litle to overdone on the framerate</description>
