		<description>Silly, silly man... expecting rational, coherent thought from these organizations. The reaction to 9/11 has not been about preventing terrorism, but installing a strong executive branch by using sheer terror and blatant threats against a scared populace. The next step will be to setup a daily "hate" to target our pent up aggressions against the enemy du jour. See George Orwell's 1984.
