In your article, "Ex-Employee Sued for Deleting Files" one of your comments is, “A better solution would probably be to save all personal files to a USB stick or portable hard drive that is not owned by your employer. Even better, use Web-based services for e-mail or bring your own laptop to work. So I guess that’s where you got your first thought from. Wrong, ex-employee wasn’t arrested. Wrong, it was not a USB.
