		<description>Consumers should be free to  use software such as RemoteSpy, but only for legitimate uses. I believe the FTC went overboard when they singled out RemoteSpy. There are hundreds of other similar products out there,  that have the  same potential to be abused. Whether the FTC will go after other surveillance software companies is still unknown. The remotespy.com website however is once again available.</description>
