The FBI has quietly built a sophisticated, point-and-click surveillance system that performs instant wiretaps on almost any communications device, according to nearly a thousand pages of restricted documents newly released under the Freedom of Information Act.
According to what me myself read on Federal Criminal Code and Rules , it’s a Federal Crime to investigate anyone without a warrent issued and delivered on legal ground and no investigation can be run anyhow in violation of existing Federal Law Statute and mandatory Federal Law Statute ( in relation to crimes begun , witnessed and reported on schools premises’ crimes scenes ) , Rights and Laws , Federal Jurisdiction Laws and Rules , Due Process of Law Clause and Legal Procedures . Things might have changed with Patriot Act in 2001 for specific crimes by criminal organization and enterprise but Rights and Laws can’t be changed in violation of Constitution , Bill of Rights , charters of Declaration of Independence , Federal and International Rights . Lately I read on web pages what established by Federal Criminal Code and Rules in relation to legal aspects of evesdropping , how such Rules still in place . Only yesterday
the same pages I found out such pages have been removed in violation of existing Federal Law Statute establishingh Federal Laws are meant to be publshed and made known to the People after passed by Congress and not concealed to obstruct exrcise of legitimate Rights . Obstruction to access to long time in existence Federal Laws passed by Congress it is and remains a fraudulent and criminal practice and activities run by criminal abuse of instruments , devices , plants and equipment to be seized since instruments of inchoate, hidden and violent crimes , violation of privacy , criminal trespassing , violation of private sphere , extortion and collection of private , personal and sensitive information that can be used by racketeers to commit crimes in large scale in anyhow open violation of existing Federal Laws , Federal Jurisdiction Laws and Rules .
